Bladium Sports & Fitness Club… Your One-Stop-Shop for Fitness and Family Fun!
Bladium Sports & Fitness Club has been a part of the Stapleton community for 23 years, but it’s not the same fitness club as it was back in the early days. We stopped by Bladium to check out some of the renovations they’ve made over the past few years. You can catch our live video tour below, and keep reading for the scoop!
Some of the recent renovations include a new functional training area, additional group fitness studio, new and improved locker rooms (with steam rooms and saunas!), new strength equipment, additional soccer fields, and an inflatable fun zone (think endless bouncy house fun for your kiddos).
Fitness Classes:
Bladium offers close to 80 live classes and 100 virtual classes every week. The wide variety of classes includes cardio, strength, HIIT, cycling, barre, and yoga, as well as approximately 50 CrossFit class each week. Childcare:
Childcare is available for children 3 months – 14 years of age. Childcare options include the childcare center and inflatable fun zone (3 yr and up). Learn more here.

In addition to fitness classes, Bladium offers a variety of other activities, including soccer programs for children as well as adult leagues; basketball courts, inflatable fun zone, summer camps, and birthday parties. Oh, and did we mention that they also have a bar and cafe? Grab a beer or coffee and watch the kiddos play soccer or jump in the bouncy houses.
